My left foot is much better, and I’m hoping to soon be
wearing a shoe. So, I’ve planned my next
trip. I thought it would be cool to sail
out of New York City for a view of the city, and I signed up for the “12 Days of Color” voyage in
September/October. Here’s the map of the
planned voyage.

There are a few places I’ll see for the first time on this voyage. I’m looking forward to Newport, Rhode Island,
and to Canada’s Saguenay
Fjord National Park.
I did a similar
trip in early/mid-September a few years ago and the leaves were just beginning
to take on color. I’m hoping this trip
will be timed just right for the display of autumn foliage.
