I don’t know what it is, but I always seem to sleep better
when I am in Europe. I fell asleep last
night and woke up a few times. Next
thing I know it is 8:30 AM. Maybe my
body clock is based on European time. My
waking up so early in the US (3:30 AM) is about right for Italy (9:30 AM).
I’ve just had breakfast and plan to take a short nap before
leaving for the ship at noon.
