I had previously visited Halifax and seen many of the tourist sites: Peggy’s Cove, Titanic graves, Halifax Gardens. These sites are beautiful, but I decided to find out more about the Bay of Fundy. The tour included the Fundy Tidal Interpretive Center. It was a long day, but wonderful to walk on the ocean floor. This part is typically stone, but Hurricane Dorian resulted in sand being deposited in the tidal bore.
