Hey, our ship has been strung with seasonal strands of
wire. It’s kind of like Christmas lights
strung on the exterior of a house, but of the razor wire variety. This is added security as our ship sails
closer to the Arabian Peninsula. With
this new adornment, the ship’s captain sent us a letter last night detailing
added precautions as we move to more treacherous waters.
The wire is actually on the “fourth floor” of the ship. So, it’s unlikely that anyone would attempt
such an entry. The letter
below details more of the security measures that are followed.
I feel extremely safe and secure on this ship, and I look
forward to safe travels until we arrive in the Mediterranean Sea in early April.
