The ship arrives in Salvador da Bahia tomorrow. It’s the third largest city in Brazil (2.5
million people). Sao Paulo and Rio de
Janeiro are the largest two cities.
There will be two days of travel (“sea days”) before
reaching Fortaleza, Brazil.
I guess I’ll be taking my malaria medication beginning Feb.
21 as a precaution for the Amazon region with its many bugs and mosquitos.
