I'm in Piraeus/Athens, Greece...

It's a beautiful morning in Piraeus, Greece.  The high is supposed to be in the low 60s.  That's a big difference (a positive one) from other areas we've visited on the tour. 

I will be spending time visiting the Acropolis and the sites of ancient Athens today and tomorrow.  My tour today is primarily a walking tour to the Parthenon. 










This is a view of Piraeus from the ship.  It's a beautiful morning, and we arrived long before sunrise.











Piraeus serves as the port for Athens.  It's about 7 miles from the city.





Piraeus is the 4th largest city in Greece.





Piraeus is the largest passenger port in Europe.
